There are also some great opportunities within ebgames the role of the voluntary sector. Delegates

The term 'prevention' is being used more and more in public services free at the moment. But what is actually shifting the focus away from services and towards prevention response? We have been working with the Welsh Government (R haglen Effective Services for Vulnerable Groups Public Service Leadership Group) to collect some practical examples of how organizations have addressed the agenda 'prevent' ebgames this in the form of seminar . We also want the people working to provide public services into a room and ask them what their own experiences.
First, there are some good examples of public services look beyond their specific areas of expertise. The FRS is a clear example, when they have taken a holistic view of human welfare within their homes. We also heard from Cardiff Alcohol Treatment Center, where various sectors (such as the Student Union, the Council's licensing ebgames department and health ebgames bodies) all benefit from the same project. Public Health Wales was also in contact GP to discuss their work with community assets for health and welfare, ebgames for example by ensuring that community health worker based in GP surgeries.
There are also some great opportunities within ebgames the role of the voluntary sector. Delegates stressed the role they can play in taking some responsibility from the public sector for prevention, and the additional resources they provide for prevention specialist. WCVA representative discussed early intervention work that the sector is already doing in communities. However, ebgames they felt that not many people know how much they actually offer that much more space and to involve the voluntary sector not as a 'third' sector but as an integral part of preventive ebgames services in the community.
Finally, there are examples of organizations willing to take risks well managed and adapt new approaches as they go. Discuss IACC their work on transforming children's services, moving from certainty to uncertainty secure safe. As Bromford has been made, discussed work on profiling Homes Conwy tenants, to move away from the traditional ebgames one-size-fits-all and adapting to each client. We heard examples of how very small changes in resources like these, along with a willingness to launch imperfect and adjust as necessary, can have a major impact on the development of preventive services.
However, we also discussed the variety of challenges that representatives experiences in their day to day roles. The first and perhaps most of these were expected funding. Specifically, how to strike a balance between statutory services and funding funding innovative prevention ebgames methods. Moreover, if successful prevention activities, it is expected that expenditure will be reduced over time often. But still need these resources to sustain prevention work.
Secondly, how do you show the benefits of prevention? How do you show something you prevent it? This is a particular challenge when representatives or other financial results are being seen by others.
