The film reveals the director Robert Kenner practices of the food industry and shows some facts about industrial food production, which until now have been consuming acquiescence of the government ministries classified. The documentary shows how a handful of corporations controlling the supply of food and often puts personal gain before consumer health, the livelihood of farmers, farm workers safety and conservation. Persuasive depressing view of big business in food production not only describes their nasty way from fields and stables to the consumer, shopclues but also examines the economic chain in which the consequences of seemingly cheap eats, when hamburger costs less than broccoli, carries the whole health and social shopclues system. It contains a series of interviews with experts.
